Mrs. counselor has extensive experience in providing legal services to individual entrepreneurs, commercial law companies and associations. She participates in the processes of creation, transformation and liquidation of companies. She also deals with the ongoing corporate consultancy and legal services, including drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal opinions and other documents necessary for the functioning of business entities, and recovering receivables through judicial and enforcement proceedings.
During her professional practice, she successfully appeared in the numerous court proceedings which value of the dispute exceeded 1.000.000,00 PLN, including proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber at the President of the Public Procurement Office in a public procurement award procedure in an open tender, exceeding the amount of 2.000.000,00 PLN.
She also provides legal assistance in non-litigious proceedings in the field of personal, property, inheritance and registration law.
In the GWP team, attorney Patrycja Cieślak – Adamiak deals with broadly understood contract law, comprehensive services for business entities and representation of natural persons in civil, criminal, family and commercial proceedings. She also represents clients in out-of-court proceedings, including mediation proceedings.
