Jan Jezierski
EXPERIENCE:
Fourth-year law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He has been with GWP Law Firm since 2022.
He has practical experience in day-to-day support of colleagues from the commercial and civil departments. In addition to corporate law, he focuses his interests on substantive civil law, with particular emphasis on property law, and on issues related to intellectual property law.
SPECIALIZATIONS:
– Company law;
– civil law.
ROLE IN THE LAW FIRM:
At GWP Law Firm, he is responsible for the day-to-day support of the team:
– Supports the commercial department by providing corporate services to partnerships, limited liability companies and sole proprietors. He focuses his activities in particular on activities related to proceedings before the relevant registry courts;
– supports the team in the preparation of translations of documents and in contacting the Firm’s clients, as well as courts and offices;
– deals with the analysis of regulations and case law in the field of corporate law topics.
INTERESTS:
Privately a lover of sports, especially basketball and water sports. He is also interested in the history and societies of Asian countries. In his spare time, he expands his language skills
