Alumnus of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, Adam is a legal counsellor with ten years of experience. He completed his legal counsellor’s traineeship at the District Chamber of Legal Counsellors in Poznań.
He has carried through over a hundred transformations, mergers and divisions of companies, some worth over PLN 60,000,000. He has participated in the preparation of the legal framework for and in carrying out five cross-border mergers of companies operating in the retail and service sectors. He has conducted over 70 corporate restructuring processes.
Acting as an advisor and negotiator, he has participated in many investment projects implemented by Polish and foreign clients, notably obtaining 32 million zlotys of funding for a project. His professional record also includes over 3,000 successful registration procedures and a complicated commercial law case won before won before the Supreme Court.
He represents borrowers in proceedings against banks applying prohibited contract clauses, including indexed and denominated loan contracts.
He is in charge of GWP’s commercial and business law team. He is in charge of mergers and acquisitions and due diligence auditing. He offers advice on what form to run a business in, investment processes and matters related to joint stock companies, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. We handles personal bankruptcy proceedings. He pays special attention to providing legal assistance in court disputes regarding the so-called “Franc loans”.
In his spare time, he enjoys a game of tennis. He is also a lover of travelling cooking, good wine and Monty Pythonesque sense of humour.
