Adrianna holds a degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2017 she was awarded a Master’s degree after defending a thesis on restrictions on share transfers provided for in joint-stock companies articles of association. She completed her legal counsellor’s traineeship at the District Chamber of Legal Counsellors in Poznań. Adrianna speaks English and Spanish.
She has over seven years of experience of working in Poznań’s law firms. In the course of her professional practice, she has drafted numerous contracts for partnerships and capital companies, she has provided services to business entities, including the formation and registration of commercial companies, as well as the processes of their transformation, division and merger. She has experience in providing services to foreign entities.
She also advises on the analysis, opinion and negotiation of contracts, including lease contracts for premises in shopping malls.
Adrianna is the part of the department of commercial and economic law, in particular dealing with comprehensive services for entrepreneurs (selection of the legal form of business, registration, transformations, mergers and acquisitions, divisions of commercial companies, ongoing legal support). She prepares drafts of contracts and statutes of commercial companies, including public companies. She supports the commercial and economic law department in the field of contact with foreign clients, transactions and international structures.
She also advises on the analysis, opinion and negotiation of contracts, including lease contracts for premises in shopping malls.
Adrianna is a keen cook with a particular preference for Italian and Indian cuisine. She is also interested in media and advertising. When she has time to read, she goes for Norwegian crime fiction.
