Adrianna holds a degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2017 she was awarded a Master’s degree after defending a thesis on restrictions on share transfers provided for in joint-stock companies articles of association. She has a command of English and Spanish.
She has three years of experience of working in Poznań’s law firms. She has so far drafted over twenty contracts and handled the affairs of business clients, which involved starting business and their transformations. She also provides day-to-day legal services to companies.
She has also supported individuals in family law cases involving divorce and community property division, including damages for a medical error. She has also taken part in pursuing a substantial claim for damages.
Adrianna supports GWP’s commercial law team in contacts with international clients and in handling international transactions and structures.
She provides comprehensive legal services to companies and partnerships: she helps with the choice of the right legal form of running a business, and supports clients in registration, transformations, mergers and acquisitions as well as managing day-to-day affairs. She drafts contracts and company articles of association, partnership agreements and NGO charters. She analyses the wording of contracts in terms of compliance with law and effectiveness.
She drafts pleadings in divorce proceedings, carries through community property divisions and pursues claims for damages involving medical law and other areas of law.
Adrianna is a keen cook with a particular preference for Italian and Indian cuisine. She is also interested in media and advertising. When she has time to read, she goes for Norwegian crime fiction.
