An alumna of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Agata is doing her legal counsellor’s traineeship at the District Chamber of Legal Counsellors in Poznań. She has an excellent command of English.
She has three years of experience of working for law firms in Poznań. She has handled the legal affairs of business clients and helped form, run and wind up partnerships, companies and associations. She has been involved in awarding the status of a public benefit organisation to an NGO and in proceedings before the Polish Patent Office.
She has also provided legal services to individuals in civil and commercial law cases as well as family and guardianship matters.
Agata is a member of GWP’s commercial and business law team and she is involved with handling the legal affairs of our foreign clients. She also supports Polish clients in their the day-to-day legal matters by drawing up corporate documentation, drafting and assessing contracts or handling proceedings before the registry court.
She also supports the litigation department in drafting pleadings.
Her passions include travelling and theatre, especially musicals. A fan of board games,
she also likes to let herself get engrossed in a good book or film. She enjoys swimming and winter sports.
