Anna Czapnik – Szpura
EXPERIENCE:
Anna holds a degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
With over three years of experience, she has supported her associates in services provided to corporate clients. She has been involved withcommercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions as well as registration procedures. She has comprehensively handled the matters of several dozen foreign entities, including companies based in Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates.
She has carried through two cross border mergers and implemented structures based on complex transformations of companies. With a 100% success rate, she has made numerous entries into the register of business entities of the National Court Register.
ROLE IN THE FIRM:
As part of the GWP team, Anna is a valuable member of the firm’s commercial law department, focusing primarily on company law, in particular on forming and transforming companies and their functioning. She works with and contributes to developing optimisation structures for foreign companies. She is also involved with industrial property registration processes, both before the Polish and the EU patent office.
