He has more than 6 years of experience in providing legal assistance, which he gained in reputable law firms of attorneys and legal advisors in Poznań. Participant of a number of training courses on analysis of listed companies and capital market law. He specializes in providing legal services to entrepreneurs, especially Venture Capital and Private Equity entities, as well as legal advice to startups.
His past practice also includes data protection and information security, and he has conducted a number of legal audits, including compliance, as well as numerous implementations of data security procedures.
He is currently focusing on developing his knowledge of data security and exploring the legal aspects of crowdfunding.



At GWP Law Firm, he co-founded the commercial and business law department, conducting cases in the field of commercial company law, preparing corporate documentation and executing capital transactions. In addition, he also advises entrepreneurs on the structure of their business and forms of termination.

For the Firm’s clients, it also carries out bankruptcy proceedings, including consumer bankruptcy. Recently, he has also represented the Firm’s clients in social security disputes with numerous successes.
