Alumnus of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, he competed his advocacy traineeship with the Wielkopolskie Province Chamber of Advocates.
During his nearly twelve years’ career, he has provided advice to and represented both medium-sized enterprises and large companieswith multi-million turnover. He has handled numerous administrative proceedings involved in investment projects, tax inspection proceedings, procedures for the grant of permits and licences for businesses and for the grant of firearms licences. He has been involved in obtaining financing for multi-million-zloty investment projects run by both businesses and individuals.
He has successfully defended clients in criminal proceedings what form to leading to the acquittal of a defendant in a case concerning damages of PLN 90 million. He has represented clients in business criminal law cases, fiscal criminal law cases and civil litigation. He has extensive experiencein estate planningfor businesspeople and individuals.
In tandem with Wojciech Grzesiek Marcin is in charge of GWP’s business criminal law team. He also provides comprehensive legal services to businesses and represents individuals in civil litigation, commercial law cases and mediation, including at a pre-litigation stage.
A football fan, he plays the game in his spare time. He is also a motoring buff.
