Michał holds a degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Having completed training at the District Chamber of Legal Counsellors in Poznań, he is a qualified legal counsellor.
In his over six years’ practice, he has provided ongoing legal services to small, medium-sized and large enterprises. He has been involved in many commercial law projects, such as adjusting the internal structures of companies to the latest market requirements. He has handled transformations of multi-million companies and supported his colleagues in analysing complex legal circumstances, devised possible solutions and evaluated ones devised by others.
He has been in charge of all aspects of debt recovery for individuals as well as business clients, and has helped recover a total of PLN 1,000,000 of debt. He has won a dozen court cases and has recorded a 100% success rate in proceedings before the National Court Register.
As part of GWP’s team, Michał primarily deals with business law, in particular company law and judicial debt recovery. He drafts companies’ articles of association, minutes of general meetings, documents involved in company transformations, mergers and divisions and disclosing them in the National Court Register.
He carries through transactions involving the sale of shares and companies’ assets in whole or in part. He is fluent in legal English.
A long-standing fan of extreme sports and technology buff, Michał likes to spend his evenings discovering forgotten masterpieces of independent cinema. He’s also a keen explorer of new places and collector of experiences.
