Attorney trainee of the second year at the Wielkopolska Bar Association. Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He speaks English and legal English to an advanced degree (confirmed by obtaining the Toles Higher certificate with the highest score – excellent). He also knows German to an intermediate degree.
Since 2018, he has been working at GWP law firm. In the course of his practice to date, he has dealt with cases in the field of:
commercial company law, including the arrangement of multi-level entity structures, registration proceedings, incorporation, liquidation, transformation of companies as well as processes of divisions and mergers of companies (including cross-border mergers) and M&A transactions,
tax and customs and fiscal proceedings and inspections, also at the stage of litigation before administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court,
fiscal criminal law, in complex cases (often with international threads, involving multi-million dollar charges) supervised, among others, by regional prosecutors’ offices and conducted by the CBA, ABW, UCS and CBŚP,
administrative law – has obtained precedent-setting judgments before administrative courts for entrepreneurs who have been restricted from doing business.
In addition, he also serves entities in the freight forwarding industry (TSL) as well as sales (mainly FMCG sector).
At GWP law firm, he is a member of the commercial company law department. As part of her work in the commercial law team, she carries out processes of formation, liquidation and transformation of commercial companies and assists in their ongoing operation. She also carries out processes of divisions and mergers of companies (including cross-border mergers), participates in M&A transactions as well as arranges multi-level entity structures for entrepreneurs.
He is also a member of the tax litigation department – he represents clients during tax audits, customs and tax inspections and in tax proceedings, also at the trial stage before administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
Co-authors the department of fiscal criminal law. He arranges lines of defense in complex cases (often with international threads), involving multi-million dollar charges, supervised, among others, by regional prosecutors’ offices and conducted by the CBA, ABW, UCS and CBŚP. He has participated in some of the most notorious cases in which law enforcement agencies alleged artificial, sham trade in: fuels, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), clothing and textiles, as well as plastics and steel. He handles cases at both the pre-trial and trial stages.
He also provides comprehensive services to the forwarding (TSL) and sales industry (mainly the FMCG sector), both at the stage of creating entity structures and during their ongoing operation.
