Alumnus of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Wojciech also completed postgraduate studies in business criminal law at Cracow’s Jagiellonian University. He completed his advocacy traineeship with the Wielkopolskie Province Chamber of Advocates.
One notable success he is particularly proud of proud of is winning a business criminal law casewhere the charges involved an amount of PLN 86 million. He has conducted negotiations involved in complex investment processes. On one such occasion, the negotiations led to the purchase of an investment property for PLN 65 million. He has been involved in bankruptcy and restructuring procedures.
He has carried through over fifty due diligence examinations, twenty legal audits of companies and real properties and he has supported corporate clients in obtaining financing, including a total of PLN 27 million for one client. He has also represented a client in th processes of issuing bonds worth PLN 20 million.
He manages GWP Law Firm, represents clients in business criminal law cases and represents taxpayers in the course of tax inspections. He supports businesspeople in drawing up business plans and offers legal advice to businesses on investment and restructuring processes.
A great lover of the great outdoors, he is a keen sailor, diver and long-distance runner. When travelling, he prefers a challenge to comfort.
